Colin Farrell has filed a Request for a Restraining Order against Dessarae Bradford, the woman who allegedly accosted him at a taping of the “Tonight Show.” According to reports, Farrell has requested that Dessarae stay away from both he and his family as he is concerned that her harassing behavior has escalated and may pose an immediate threat to any or all of them.

Emily Leatherman was recently ordered to stay 100 yards away from actor John Cusack and to avoid any further attempts at communicating with the star after repeatedly throwing bags over his fence filled with rocks, screwdrivers and letters. Whereas Cusack was reasonably uncomfortable with this unusual stalking behavior, Leatherman claims that she only wanted him to help bring attention to the fact that she was drugged up and sex–trafficked through the homes of powerful and famous men throughout the west coast. Well Emily, congrats – job done! You must be so proud!

A Hollywood screenwriter is suing. . . um, well. . .just about everyone involved with “Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl.” Royce Mathew claims he “created and wrote a number of original works including drawings, screenplays, outlines, generally entitled ‘SNPM,’ standing for ‘Super Natural Pirate Movie’” in the 80s and 90s.

ABC Family Star Assaulted Wife, Police Say
Greg Serano, one of the stars of the ABC Family Show, “Wildfire,” has been accused of assaulting his wife, Carmen, and her 15-year old son during a dispute at the family’s home in New Mexico. Serano faces two counts of battery, false imprisonment and obstructing an officer, according to a Rio Rancho police report and TMZ.com.
