One of the most ‘client-conscious’ attorneys around, S&A is proud to introduce senior litigation attorney, Walter Whitman Moore.
When businesses or those who are in business find themselves in a serious dispute, they turn to trial lawyer, Walter Whitman Moore, for help. And while many litigation attorneys tell prospective clients that they fight ‘aggressively,’ Moore aims instead to fight ‘strategically.’ Moore's goal is not just to win, but to win efficiently by choosing ‘battles’ wisely based on costs and benefits and, by taking advantage of modern technology and attorney-engineered software to complete tasks better, faster and with less staffing than would otherwise be necessary. To the client’s notable benefit, one of Moore's primary objectives is to achieve the best, net financial result available by, among other things, striving to avoid pointless and commonly expensive discovery disputes and motions that can otherwise often have the effect of benefitting nearly everyone but the actual parties in the dispute.
Moore graduated with honors from Princeton and Georgetown Law; was an Editor of The Georgetown Law Journal; and worked for years as a litigation attorney at, Skadden Arps, one of the biggest law firms in America. Moore has worked with clients from a wide variety of industries, and their cases have involved an extraordinarily extensive variety of legal issues. Moore has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts and in arbitration, including in cases where opponents were represented by exceptionally large, ‘brand-name’ (aka, ‘unnecessarily expensive’) law firms.
Unlike many litigation attorneys who have never actually tried a case, Moore is a bona fide trial lawyer who has successfully presented clients’ cases to judges and juries. Moore has also successfully defended his victories in state and federal appellate courts.
Spotora & Associates is proud to have the talented, Walter W. Moore, Esq., as one of its Senior Associate Attorneys.
