Lance G. Greene, Esq.

Lance has a resume so impressive that we call him the “Greene” machine. Whereas most attorneys are well-versed in no more than a few areas of law, Lance has experience across the proverbial board. Beginning in 1993, Lance’s litigation skills took shape at a Brentwood based law firm in matters involving Personal Injury, Business Law and Family Law, inclusive of Estate Planning. Over the years, Lance would prove to be a highly successful litigator both in and out of the courtroom. His talents continued to range as he began to handle matters involving Medical Malpractice, and he was named his firm’s leader in dismissals, negotiating settlements and procuring summary judgments – obviously, highly appealing to the client! Mr. Greene is not only an extremely experienced and successful advocate, but he is also extremely well equipped to handle transactional matters and the drafting of contracts that comes inherent to them. To date, Lance actively prosecutes all aspects of litigation through trial, while additionally tending to a full roster of transactional matters. His daily regime commonly includes that of Business and Partnership disputes, franchise matters, the preparation of Estate Planning documents, Dissolution of Marriage cases, Collection and Judgment Debtor Examinations, Formation of Corporations and other Business Entities, Trademark issues, Negligence and Personal Injury matters, Construction disputes, Employment and Labor law issues, Slander/Libel and Defamation claims. . . the list goes on. Lance received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law where he was on the Dean’s List two of his three years, and a B.S. degree from the Arizona State University.
