Beginning in 1993, Lance's litigation skills took shape at a Brentwood based law firm in matters involving Personal Injury, Business Law and Family Law.

Over the years, Lance would prove to be a highly successful litigator both in and out of the courtroom. His talents continued to range as he began to handle matters involving Medical Malpractice, and he was named his firm's leader in dismissals, negotiating settlements and procuring summary judgments - obviously, highly appealing to the client!

Mr. Greene is not only an extremely experienced and successful advocate, but he is also well equipped to handle transactional matters and the drafting of contracts that comes inherent to it.

To date, Lance actively prosecutes all aspects of litigation through trial. His recent daily regime has included that of Collection and Judgment Debtor Examinations, Formation of Corporations, Trademark issues, Negligence matters, Construction disputes, Slander/Libel and Defamation claims. . . the list goes on.

Lance received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law where he was on the Dean's List two of his three years, and a B.S. degree from the Arizona State University.
